1: Do you have a physical storefront?

We are an online shopping destination at this time but are aiming to open a brick and mortar storefront in the future. 2: Why do certain styles only go up to a 24 or 3x and others fit up to a 7x?

In researching and selecting designers to work with, quality, value, style and fit were essentials we insisted on having consistently through our entire collection. In plus sizes, there is no standardized sizing chart that is used by all designers and manufacturers. (Yes, we agree that this can be frustrating.) Each plus size fashion designer cuts things based on their own grades. We do not carry sizes lower than size 12/14 as we want to remain a boutique that carries exclusively curvaceous, plus size garments. Please ensure you review our size charts for each item as we have provided body or garment measurements for every item in our online catalogue.

3: Can I place my order over the phone instead of through the website?

We love connecting with you and we may be reached via telephone 7 days a week for phone order processing. You may also contact us via email, Facebook or telephone with any questions or curiosities you may have. Our number is: 1-519-207-2846. Please see our contact us page as well.

4: I need my dress two days from now! Help!

We offer multiple shipping options including expresspost and expedited. These vary depending on where you are in the world.

5: Which courier do you use to ship my new garments?

We use Canada Post. From our experiences, there have been no instances of border delays when using Canada Post. When Fedex and UPS have been utilized, the frequency of additional customs fees and delays has been noted to be higher.

7: Do you ship outside the U.S.A & Canada?
